Q1. How will I know if I'm one of the grand prize winners?

A1. There will be four grand prize drawings. They will be held on or around the following dates: July 1, 2009, August 3, 2009, September 1, 2009, and October 1, 2009. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided upon registration.

Q2. I won an instant gift card, but never received an email with more details. What should I do?

A2. To ensure you receive emails, add fulfillment@eprizefulfillment.com to your address book. Learn how. Fill out the form below to let us know you didn’t receive your win email.

Q3. How old do I have to be to participate?

A3. According to the Official Rules, you must be at least 18 to participate in this promotion.

Q4. Why can’t I use my P.O. Box address on the prize update form?

A4. Our shipping service cannot ship any prizes to a P.O. Box, so if you’re identified as a winner, we’d need to send the prize to your home. Also, your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.

Q5. Why can't residents of my state participate in this promotion?

A5. This AT&T promotion is eligible in states that provide AT&T service.
