Q. How many prizes could I win?

A. One instant win game prize and sweepstakes prize per person.

Q. How do I play the crossword game?

A. If you have Flash installed on your computer, follow the on-screen instructions on the game page. The game will give you 2 clues per day and you can play as often as you like. For each correct puzzle answer you give, you'll earn an extra sweepstakes entry toward the $10,000 grand prize.

Once you complete a puzzle, you'll be given another puzzle to continue testing your knowledge.

After the game, you will be taken to a page to see if you're a winner.

If you do not have Flash 9, you will need to download it in order to play.

If you are a potential winner, you will receive an email with instructions on how to claim your prize.

Q. How will I know if I'm the sweepstakes winner?

A. The grand prize drawing will be held on or around September 1, 2009. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided upon registration.

Q. I won the instant win game, but never received an email with more details. What should I do?

A. To ensure you receive emails, add fulfillment@eprizefulfillment.com to your address book. Learn how. Fill out the form below to let us know you didn't receive your win email.

Q. How old do I have to be to participate?

A. According to the Official Rules, you must be at least 18 to participate in this promotion.

Q. Why can't I use my P.O. Box address on the registration form?

A. Our shipping service cannot ship any prizes to a P.O. Box, so if you're identified as a winner, we'd need to send the prize to your home. Also, your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.

Q. Why isn't my state eligible?

A. This AT&T promotion is eligible in states that provide AT&T service.
